Finally it was not the fusebox which causes the noise from the Bitron relay.
Through testing, everything door close/open/close, inside light, etc... went hazardeous up to burn the fuse #8?
Then I found a bad contact at the connector giving earth to a front motor door lock and a faulty Bitron relay. Cleaning the connector + new Bitron, everything works again.
This earth reference at the motor door lock is used to actuate the solenoide open/close (black connector) and also to tell the relay through one of the control line (white connector) sending a 0V reference that the open or close state is reached.
Another thing : Does anyone know an equivalence for the 2 gaiters of the power steering rack (tie rod belows).? Does the gaiters from the Volvo 240/740 power steering works? The 2 diameters are 14mm and 50mm.
